Jeff Luttrell received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.  He currently is the Thermal/Environmental Control Specialist at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. His experience includes thermodynamic analysis responsibilities on one solid propellant rocket and three major aircraft development programs.  He is currently working toward a doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering with Dr. Dereje Agonafer in the area of thermal management.
